Staff Protocols

Cleaning – staff will close facilities to guests.

Reception –  vacinnated staff only will interact with guests.

Food Service – green level – vacinnated staff only will wait on tables and take orders.  Other roles will require masks and distancing.

Orange and Red Levels – Contactless food service. Pizza served take away with pre-orders taken at reception.


Guest Requirements – all levels

Use the scanner app on arrival or the paper slips provided.

Face masks worn in reception.

If guests have flu-like symptoms on arrival or these develop during their stay, they are required to cancel or reschedule their booking.  

Social Distancing of 1m in shared indoor areas such as toilet blocks and camp kitchens and use of hand sanitiser before entering these areas.

Guests eating at conference centre deck (green level only) –  groups seated at tables separated by at least 2 m.
